By accessing or using Chromio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Chromio is an AI-powered coloring book creation platform that allows users to generate coloring page prompts, AI images, KDP listings, and compile coloring books for self-publishing on platforms such as Amazon KDP.
You must create an account to use most features of Chromio. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Chromio offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Content you generate using Chromio (images, text, prompts) is owned by you. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and platform policies, including Amazon KDP's content guidelines.
You may not use Chromio to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Chromio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any issues with publishing or selling content generated using our platform.
